The DEVCOM ARL implementation of the AFC Army Research Risk Assessment Protection Program (ARRP) is an effort to help identify and mitigate existing or potential risk of Conflicts of Commitment/Conflicts of Interest (CoC/CoI) in Army research grants and cooperative agreements.
DEVCOM ARL has a vigorous international program with the lead on numerous active and proposed bilateral agreements, as well as support to other Department of the Army and Department of Defense agencies in their cooperative programs. These international agreements enable information exchanges and cooperative research programs with allies in selected technology areas where their strengths complement ARL’s and offer good leveraging opportunities.
National Security Agency’s Laboratory for Physical Sciences Qubit Collaboratory
The National Security Agency’s Laboratory for Physical Sciences (LPS) in partnership with DEVCOM ARL launched the LPS Qubit Collaboratory (LQC). The LQC pursues disruptive qubit research, innovative workforce development programs, and deep, collaborative partnerships to tackle some of the hardest open problems in quantum information science and technology.
